We are hiring Illinois licensed real estate agents in select Illinois counties. For serious consideration, please thoroughly read this entire message.
By law, a person is required to hold an Illinois real estate license to perform the duties of a real estate agent in the state of Illinois. If you do not have one, please research how to obtain that license yourself. It is highly recommended that you have experience in licensed real estate duties, real estate transactions, outdoor recreation, agriculture and/or environmental sciences. Any combination of these will be very helpful to a potential applicant.
We hold ourselves to a very high standard and care deeply for our clients. We select candidates based on their demonstrated ability to communicate, educate, plan and take action on our clients’ real estate goals and needs. Please take that into consideration when sending your resume.

What this role looks like
- Build your business in the county you know best
- Walk farms, timber, hunting ground, and recreational property
- Represent buyers investing in farmland, habitat, or recreational land
- Sit with landowners who’ve held property for generation

- Strong connection to land, agriculture, wildlife, or rural living
