WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
- Build your business in the county you know best
- Walk farms, timber, hunting ground, and recreational property
- Sit with landowners who have held property for generations
- Represent buyers investing in farmland, habitat, or recreational land

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong connection to land, agriculture, wildlife, or rural living
- Established presence in your local community
- Self-discipline and full-time commitment
- Desire to build something in your own county
- Willingness to obtain an Illinois real estate license
No land brokerage experience required.
