This 35 acre property is located in Vermillion County Indiana, just north of Clinton. With 35 acres of wooded ground, this property has all the things needed for a great recreational property. This small creek does hold water most of the time, and only during times of drought it may be void of water. During those times, the small pond on the property provides that much needed water. The pond's water control structure needs a little work, but with this being done, the pond will be a great little place to catch a few panfish. The resident deer know this place well, which is evident in the trail camera photos and the abundance of deer sign. Trails that are well-used and well-worn, current rubs, and rubs from season's past are also present. A location for a structure is located off of a small access road that comes off the county road, making this a great site for a barn or camping site.
